Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using the sakla platform. By registering an account or accessing any service on this site, you agree to be bound by the terms set out below.
1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the sakla website and all associated services, including sportsbook, live casino, slot online games, bingo, and any other gaming features available on the platform. By creating an account, making a deposit, or placing any wager on sakla, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms in full.

sakla may request proof of age or identity at any time. If a player is found to be under 18 or otherwise ineligible, their account will be suspended and any associated funds may be withheld pending review.
3. Account Registration and Security
Each player may hold only one registered account on sakla. Duplicate accounts are not permitted and may result in account suspension or closure of all associated accounts.
When registering, you are required to provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials — including your password — confidential. Do not share your login details with any other person.
You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must contact sakla support immediately. We recommend reviewing your account activity regularly through the login dashboard.
sakla may verify your identity at registration or at any subsequent point. Failure to complete identity verification when requested may result in restricted account access or suspension.
4. User Obligations and Platform Usage Rules
By using sakla, you agree not to engage in any of the following conduct:
- Providing false or misleading registration information.
- Attempting to access another player's account without authorisation.
- Using automated tools, bots, scripts, or any software to interact with the platform in a manner not intended for normal user operation.
- Engaging in any form of cheating, collusion, match-fixing, or manipulation of game outcomes.
- Using the platform for any unlawful purpose, including but not limited to money laundering or fraud.
- Attempting to circumvent any security measures, access restrictions, or technical safeguards on the platform.
sakla reserves the right to monitor account activity for compliance with these rules. Violations may result in immediate account suspension, closure, and forfeiture of balances, subject to applicable law.
5. Payments, Deposits, and Transactions
All transactions on the sakla platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱ PHP). There are no currency conversion fees applied to deposits or withdrawals made in ₱ PHP through supported local payment channels.
Deposits must be made using payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party payments are not accepted. sakla reserves the right to request documentation to verify the source of funds at any time.
Withdrawals are subject to the completion of identity verification and any applicable wagering conditions. Processing times may vary depending on the payment method selected. Details on available deposit channels are available in the Deposit section.
sakla is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors. Transaction records are available in your account dashboard after logging in.
6. Limitation of Liability and Account Policy
sakla provides its platform on an "as is" basis. While we make reasonable efforts to maintain uninterrupted service, we do not guarantee that the platform will be free from errors, interruptions, or downtime at all times.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, sakla shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or losses resulting from technical failures.
sakla reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account that is found to have breached these Terms. In cases of confirmed fraud or abuse, account balances may be forfeited in accordance with our internal compliance procedures and applicable regulations.
Players who wish to close their account voluntarily may do so by contacting support through the account dashboard. Outstanding balances eligible for withdrawal will be processed in accordance with standard withdrawal procedures at the time of closure.
7. Intellectual Property, Third-Party Links, and Changes to Terms
All content on the sakla platform — including but not limited to logos, interface design, game titles, text, and graphics — is the property of sakla or its licensed content providers. You may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit any content from the platform without prior written permission.
The platform may contain links to third-party services, payment processors, or information resources. sakla does not endorse and is not responsible for the content or practices of any third-party site. Accessing third-party links is at your own risk.
sakla may revise these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, the updated version will be published on this page with a revised effective date. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of the platform following any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Philippines. Any disputes arising from your use of the sakla platform shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the appropriate Philippine courts, unless otherwise required by applicable law in your location.
